Application for Undergraduate Readmission or Reenrollment to Alfred University

This application is for undergraduate students who attended Alfred University in the past but did not complete their degree and are now seeking to come back and graduate. It must be completed by:

November 1 for students looking to return for the spring semester
July 1 for students looking to return for the fall semester.

Academic suspension (returning within the time frame of the suspension)

Academic dismissal (cannot be readmitted for two full years following dismissal from Alfred University)

You do NOT need to complete this application form to return from an approved personal leave at the approved time. Please reach out to your assistant dean to complete any processes required in their office. Please contact the Registrar’s Office at the other college or university and order an official transcript showing your final course grades. That transcript should be sent directly to the AU Registrar’s Office. Your Dean’s Office may require this transcript before your application can be reviewed.
