Alfred University Community College Transfer Scholars Nomination Form

Thank you for nominating a student for the Alfred University Transfer Scholars award.

Up to 5 students from every community college will be eligible for this award each year. The selected recipients will each receive $30,000 per year until graduating from Alfred University (New York State students in our SUNY Supported Art & Engineering programs will receive $18,000 per year).

Scholarship Qualifications:

Students must have earned at least 24 college credits (after completing a high school degree or equivalent) and have an overal 3.0 GPA, or equivalent, at the time of nomination.
Students must apply by April 1 for Fall admission and Nov. 1 for Spring admission.

Nomination Process:

Complete this nomination form including a description of why this student is a good fit for AU.
Upload a copy of the student's current transcript.
